Broker Registration

Sportsman Trophy Properties Real Estate, LLC (Sportsman Properties) networks with real estate brokers nationwide, that have been approved by Sportsman Properties Management, who either specialize in agricultural, rural, farm, ranch, recreational and countryside real estate at the broker level, or supervisor agents that do.  This network is known as the Sportsman Properties Broker Referral Network (SPBRN).

 

At Sportsman Properties, we have established an extremely effective referral program to return client referrals to approved SPBRN Brokers who have referred clients to Sportsman Properties. While Sportsman Properties can not guarantee an exact amount of referrals to be returned to any approved SPBRN Broker, Sportsman Properties makes our very best efforts to ensure the return of client referrals to those approved SPBRN client referring Brokers from other inbound client referrals received from other approved SPBRN Brokers.

The Sportsman Properties Real Estate Referral Process is actually quite simple.  Here is the breakdown:

 

  1. Broker submits Real Estate Broker Registration Form for Sportsman Properties Management approval.

  2. Sportsman Properties Management reviews the Broker Registration Form for approval.

  3. Once approved by Sportsman Properties Management, the approved Broker is added to the SPBRN and can begin submitting inbound client referrals and receiving outbound client referrals.

  4. All inbound and outbound referral agreements MUST BE signed and dated by the approved SPBRN Broker's "Broker of Record".

  5. Inbound client referrals are accepted by Sportsman Properties from approved SPBRN Brokers at 20% of the gross commission earned and MUST BE identified as either sale (buyer) side, list (seller) side or dual agency.

  6. The 20% inbound referral fee payment will be mailed by check to the referring Broker of Record within 10 days of receipt of the payment being received by Sportsman Properties from the attorney, title, settlement and or closing company that settled the transaction.

  7. Outbound client referrals are offered to approved SPBRN Brokers at 35% of the gross commission earned and MUST BE identified as either sale (buyer) side, list (seller) side or dual agency.

  8. The 35% outbound referral fee payment MUST BE mailed or wired to Sportsman Properties within 3 days of closing/settlement by the attorney, title, settlement and or closing company that settled the transaction.

  9. Other fees such as but not limited to; broker fees, transaction fees, retainer fees, processing fees, and additional commission of any type are NOT permitted and are strictly PROHIBITED by Sportsman Properties when submitting inbound client referrals or receiving outbound client referrals.

Broker Registration With Sportsman Properties

Real estate Brokers who want to refer clients to Sportsman Properties must register. It is a very easy process and once approved by Sportsman Properties Management, approved Brokers can begin submitting inbound client referrals and receiving outbound client referrals.
